Placing Your Order and Shipping

Q: When will my order ship? A: New orders placed before 2 pm CST go out the same day. Orders placed later in the afternoon or on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.

Q: How long will I have to wait for my order to arrive? A: Typically, your order will arrive within 2-4 business days. We also offer expedited shipping if you need to get glam in a hurry.

Q: Do you ship outside of the US and if so, how long does it take? A: Currently, we can also accommodate Canadian and Australian shipments. Shipments to these countries will usually arrive in about two weeks.

Q: How can I check my order status? A: Follow the instructions included with your confirmation email. You can use your tracking number to follow your order from our site to your door.

Q: What if I need to change my order after placing it? A: This contact form is your best bet, but feel free to call us at (469) 604-5810 during business hours for anything urgent.

Q: Are the items on the sale page final sale? A: Unfortunately they are, but we’re willing to bet you won’t want to return a thing. Please refer to our full return policy before placing your order, just in case.

Q: What do I do if I got a delivery notification but I don't know where my order is? A: Sometimes the order status gets updated early. Other times, the order might just misdelivered to a neighbor’s address or be held up wherever your mail is processed (apartment communities, PO boxes, etc.) Check in with your point of contact for these areas. You're always free to reach out to our team at sales@hazelandolive.com, but please wait 2-3 days after you received your notification.

Q: What about my return? A: We recommend holding on to your return tracking number—this is the best way to stay in touch with its status. You'll be able to see when it arrived at one of our facilities. It can take up to 2 weeks for your return to reach our warehouse where your return is processed within 3-5 business days.

Q: What types of stylish dresses for women do you sell? A: Our brand focuses primarily on fun, light-hearted fashion for women of all ages. You’ll find everything from casual wear to BOUTIQUE clothing formal enough for any occasion, including shoes and accessories.

We love statement shoes, one-of-a-kind jewelry, and of course, stylish & TRENDY dresses for women. We represent taste and fashion across the board—one quick scroll through our site and you’ll start to see what we mean.

Q: Do you have a storefront? A: We are a completely virtual boutique at this time, but we're not opposed to the notion of a brick-and-mortar storefront.

Q: Do Hazel & Olive garments run true to size? A: Our size guide shows exactly how we size our catalog. Just take your measurements and plug them in for a true-to-size, trendy boutique fit.

Q: Do Hazel & Olive shoes run true to size? A: All of our shoes fit true to size. Follow your standard measurements, and give us a shout if anything feels off when you receive them.

Q: When does Hazel & Olive get new arrivals? A: Just like any other trendy boutique, new arrivals arrive seasonally, as well as on an ad hoc basis. Spring is one busy season to look out for, as is autumn. Check back often though—you don’t want to miss something unforgettable!

Q: What does "coming soon" mean? A: Listings with this label have sold out but will be available again soon. You can sign up for restock notifications if you see something you adore under this heading.

Q: Where can I find more info on Shop Pay Installments? A: On each item's listing you should see the Shop Pay logo alongside a link. Click "Learn more" for the full disclosure. You can pay off any order over $50 in four interest-free installments.

Q: Where can I purchase Hazel & Olive gift cards? A: You’ll find them here, in increments between $10 and $200.

Q: How can I use a Hazel & Olive E-gift card or promo code? A: At checkout, you can add your E-gift card or promo code right underneath your order summary on the "Payment" screen.

Your Hazel & Olive Account

Q: How do I create an account and start earning rewards? A: You've got two options. You can create your account at checkout, or you can do it before you shop by clicking the little “person” icon at the top of the site.

The latter is our recommendation; with an account ready to go, you'll be able to build a wishlist before placing your final order.

With an account you'll also be the first to know about new arrivals, hot deals, and any other exciting news and promotions from us.

Q: What if I forget my password? A: You can retrieve a forgotten password in seconds. Simply go to our login page, hit "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. Follow the steps provided and recover your account.
