    • ITEMS POSTMARKED BY 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE (our free shipping takes about 2-4 days so this still allows you several day to decide if you would like to keep it).
    • ITEMS UNWORN, UNWASHED, FREE OF PET HAIR, DEODORANT, MAKE UP, ALERRATIONS AND SCENTS
    • ORDERS THAT HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE 15% OR LESS
    • ITEMS NOT MARKED AS FINAL SALE
    • ITEMS PURCHASED DIRECTLY ON OUR WEBSITE 
    INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE
    • ITEMS RETURNED PAST 30 DAYS
    • ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN
    • ACCESSORIES, HATS, JEWELRY, HEALTH AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS

     Re:DO

    • customers who purchase Re:Do with their order are able to get free unlimited return labels for exchanges and store credit on that order. If you wish to get a refund and qualify for one, you can still use Re:Do to purchase a return label. 
    • if you did not purchase Re:Do you can still use our portal and purchase a return label. 

    In the event your item is damaged or defective....

    Pease notify our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include pictures of the damage to make the process faster. SALES@HAZELANDOLIVE.COM 

     Store Credit expired 1 year from the date it is issued. 

     

    International Orders: 

    In the event you need to return your order please use your own shipping and send your order back to us at: Hazel and Olive 1905 Alpha Dr Suite 180 Rockwall, Tx 75087. International order delivery times vary. 

     

    Returns are processed within 7 business days of arriving back to us. You will get an email as soon as your return is processed.
